What we are most glad to hear
- A specification that does not match the listing or the manufacturer’s own page.
- A product that is no longer sold, or a dead listing.
- An internal link that goes nowhere.
- Anything on the site that reads as a testing claim — we do not test, and if a page implies we do, that is a bug.
Include the page URL and the correct value and it is a two-minute fix.
Things we can't help with
Worth being straight about the limits, so nobody waits on a reply that is not coming.
- Warranty claims and repairs. We are not a retailer or a service center. Those go to the manufacturer or to Amazon — the warranty guide covers what to ask.
- Order and shipping questions. We do not sell anything. Every buy link on this site goes to Amazon, and your order is with them.
- Pool chemistry. Genuinely outside what we can responsibly advise on remotely. A local pool professional, or the CDC’s healthy-swimming guidance, is the right starting point.
- Brand partnerships and sponsored content. We do not run sponsored placements, paid rankings or gifted reviews, and that is not a negotiating position.
What we can often help with: a straightforward “here is my pool, which of these two” question. Though the selector tool answers most of those faster than we will.
